Scope of Service

Design Strategies

Navigating contextual realities, systemic constraints, needs assessments, and power dynamics can be daunting but essential for building societies that work for more of us.

Change Analysis

Problem-solving is critical and highlights the importance of no one size fits all but systems are dynamic, interconnected, and constantly changing in ways that require reimagining our paradigms.

Sensemaking & Learning

More information to improve the odds in favor of transforming complex 21st Century systems is being produced, but ambiguity, uncertainty, and complexity are also rising.

Building societies that work for more of us.

Societies function through inequitable and exclusive social structures and systems that result in a growing population of oppressed and minoritized people.

We work with philanthropies, foundations, communities, movements, civil society organizations, journalists, academics, businesses, governments, and international agencies to amplify alternative and new forms of power.

What We Do.

We have two broad categories of interventions:

  • Social Justice
  • Health Security

In Social Justice, we work with philanthropies, foundations, communities, movements, civil society organizations, journalists, academics, businesses, governments, and international agencies to amplify alternative and new forms of power.

In Health Security, we support state parties, regional operating bodies, sub-national governance entities and outbreak-sensitive industries to test and evaluate ideas and approaches for building health security capacities and mechanisms.
